SHREMA I bought my swiss pass from swisstours website. How can I validate it . I am unable to add in my SBB account that I already have purchased a swiss pass . I would need to book my tickets for switzerland on my sbb account but I am unable to mention there that I have a swiss pass
Danhiel Hello SHREMA Do you mean a Swiss Travel Pass? It is not possible to import it in the app and you don’t need to book any other ticket. Simply show the pass with your physical passport or identity card. Danhiel SHREMA You can obtain a refund prior to the first day of validity and buy a new one, you should contact the vendor of the pass. A refund via SBB Contact Center should also be possible, but you have to pay a handling fee of CHF 10.
