Glacier Express ticket

We booked reservations and tickets on the Glacier Express website using the Swiss Half Fare Card for visitors and entered the sbb.ch sign on when prompted. The Glacier Express tickets are not shown on SBB.ch. Are the tickets not available on SBB for visitors when purchased directly on the Glacier Express website?

No. You purchased from a “competitor”.
You can only see tickets that you had purchased from SBB.
