I am from Greece and I will travel in Switzerland for skiing soon.
I would like to know if “Point-to-point” tickets, boked via SMM app while logged in, can be 100% refunded before the start of validity, for ANY REASON, e.g. in case that I no more wish to travel by train.
On purchasing process, I read the GTC where it says that refunds can only be granted only in certain cases (iliness etc.). Is it also valid for “Point-to-point” tickets?
However, in the “Help & contact” page of SBB (Ticket refunds | SBB help & contact) it is not stated that refunds are possible only for certain cases.
