Hi, I recently moved into a new apartment just 100 meters from the station. All the neighboring buildings have direct access to the station via a path that belongs to SBB. However, my building is unable to access this path for about 50 meters. I would like to request that SBB extend the path slightly so that residents of my building can use it as well. Currently, if the path is not maintained, the grass becomes overgrown, making it impossible to walk through. The issue arises because our property lacks a pedestrian walkway, meaning we have to walk in the middle of the road to reach the station.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to make such a request—I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue?
