I am trying to cancel some booking made for a holiday that we behave had to cancel. I live in Australia and my mother is in hospital in the UK diagnosed with a terminal illness. I am getting a flight over in a few days but want to arrange for a refund before I leave. The website indicates that I need to obtain medical evidence of her illness which is not something that I want to ask my mother to obtain. The airlines have provided refunds without this. Can you please help me to get this sorted without any further trauma.
