Swiss Travel Pass Flex Refund Request

Due to illness, I wish to request a refund on my Swiss Travel Pass Flex. I am scheduled to have surgery next week and am happy to provide documentation of that. I purchased the pass on the SBB website. Please tell me how to go about requesting a refund. Thank you.

A cancellation request is possible, provided you have purchased your STP Flex from SBB. Passes that were purchased from other travel agencies or resellers cannot be refunded by SBB.
