Hello. I see information that “Bicycles which have been parked at the bicycle parking facility for a long time are regularly collected and put into storage. You can collect your bike again by contacting the SBB Real Estate helpdesk on 051 222 21 11.”
How long bike can be parked there without beeing removed? I have problem going for few days because ther is no bus to/from my final destination in the evenig and early morning. If I come to station with bike I would like to be sure it is still there on my way back. Is it possible to leave some message that this bike is still waiting for me and should not be removed?
