I did notice that clause and I thought this might be the case, although I do find these terms unclear.
The amount was referred to as “predefined” but was not actually defined anywhere? I understand it might differ between customers, depending on various factors, but that would make it “variable”, and still requiring definition. The timeline for releasing any in-credit amount was also unclear. I am glad to hear this is a normal procedure though. I will wait a few days to see what happens.
