I bought a 3-day Swiss Travel Pass Flex. Reference Order No.: (*** SBB admin: redacted => data protection) My itinerary has changed and I want to change this to a 4-day pass. Is that possible?

It is possible before the travel pass has been activated. Please contact the sales point from where you got the Swiss Travel Pass.
