If you have not received a purchase confirmation e-mail the purchase was not successful; the money will be released and sent back by Twint in a few hours.
When ypou purchase tickets, make sure you are entering all personal information in capital letters. From my experience, the error happens especially if you use a keyboard supporting different alphabets.
