SBB Free daily cards

Hello,
I’ve been an active user of GA for three years and I don’t understand why my friends are getting free daily SBB cards few times a year (as a gift, bonus, whatever) whereas those cards have never been sent to me so far - as there is no active email address to SBB that I know I’m forced to ask this question here - could you please advise what the reason can be and how I could get such cards?

Be sure that you accept informations and offers from SBB in your profile, but note that free cards are not part of the contract:

My dear colleague @Danhiel is right.

The free day pass for GA holders for a companion is only available if you had given consent to receive personal offers. The Swiss data protection law does forbid the sending of personal offers when the customer did not agree to it.

However, there is no entitlement to the free day pass; it is a thank-you gift and not part of the contract.

Thank you for your answers - now I’ve changed the settings but is there any way to request for the cards that I would have received for the period when I was an active GA user?

We suggest contacting an agent at the SBB Travel Center of your choice.

I do not think that it is possible to get the free day passes retrospectively.
