I spent some time on the SBB web site and cannot find an answer to my situation.

We arrive Zurich Flughafen 24 Juli and will ride SBB to Sargans to start the Via Alpina the next morning. We will finish our hike 01 August in Engelberg. We return to Zurich Flughafen 02 August via SBB. We will rent a car there so we can visit friends in Baden-Württemberg. We will return to Zurich Flughafen 05 August and fly out 06 August.

I would like to have one small luggage bag delivered to the Engelberg Hbf from Zurich Flughafen and retrieve it on 01 August. We do not want to carry it or need it on our hike. We will be away from Zurich Flughafen for more than 96 hours so renting a SBB locker is not possible. What are our options? Danke Schön. — Kurt

The SBB lockers are available to rent for up to 96 hours, that’s correct.

If you’d like to store xyour luggage for a longer period, then you can bring it to a SBB Travel Center (in that case Zürich Flughafen). The storage period there is available for up to a month. For more information click here.
