Unable to reserve seats in Golden Pass Train

Hello… Greetings… I have been trying to reserve seats in Golden Pass Train from Montreux to Interlaken OST and Interlaken OST to Luzern… After filling all the details, at the end a error message is shown… What is the other way to reserve the seats? Also since i will be checking out from Montreux and will be checking into a Hotel at Luzern, can i take my luggages in Golden Pass Trains? Reply will be much appreciated…

Yes, you can take your luggages with you in the trains.

Reservations are not compulsory on either trains, so you can just travel if you have a ticket (or pass) and a ticket you can just buy at the station if all else fails.
