Since yesterday I have been trying to buy 2 Save day pass for April 23rd, I have tried with different credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, also with a Visa debit card, the cards have enough money, the bank tells me that I havent blocks or payment rejections and always the app tells me that ERROR WHILE SAVING PAYMENT METHOD, I also tried to purchase through my computer on the website.

You are asking about the Saver Day Pass.

Did you ask your bank whether they have actived ‘3D secure ID’ for your cards? Also, please enter all personal details in full capital letters.

Hi RolandP, nice to meet you, thank you for your time and your aswer, I have tried 20 times and it has not been possible. It tells me “The payment could not be finalized. Please check your card details.” I just called my bank and it tells me that my Visa and Mastercard credit cards from this bank do not have that type of security “3D Security ID.” I already tried to buy using capital letters throughout the entire process and it did not work. There are other website o app to buy a Save Day pass?

You can try Trainline, you must select a timetable with a long journey, for example Genève - St-Moritz:

I don’t know if Trainline also needs 3-D Secure.
