I am from Germany. We will be travelling to Switzerland in August. I downloaded SBB app in my cellphone. I registered in SBB and want to have a Swiss Pass Card but i keep on getting error “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” Im trying this for consecutive 3 days already I want to buy a half fare ticket in SBB but keep asking me my customer nr., post code, and date of birth which i dont have bec i dont have a Swiss Pass Card with customer nr. But I already registered to Swisspass.ch still cannot digital Swwiss Pass Card.
