I can’t find how to order a Basel Day ticket (I need 2).I know they are CHF9.9 but cant find where to order them.

Diwnload the SBB Mobile app, enter

> Select Return ticket option

Now you can buy a day pass for CHF 9.90.

Alternatively, buy it from the ticketing machine in Basel or at the SBB Travel Center at Basel SBB station.
