I purchased two Half Fare cards and realized after that they’re for the wrong month. Purchased for April 5th (valid one month) need for May 3rd. How do I change it or cancel? I tried getting a refund and it says there are no tickets to refund (which there aren’t, as its a pass and not ticket). Help!
