Hi I would like to change a renewal payment for half-fare travel card to automatically. Every year I receive a letter from SBB saying it will be automatically renewed if I don’t cancel. But I receive another letter just after the contract period expires - you have to pay now to get the loyalty discount. Last year I missed it and I went to the SBB station to explain and asked to check the system. But it happened again this year. Any solution for that? Thank you. By the way, I am a Swiss resident.
