I have been trying to purchase the ticket using both the app and the website, but I still can’t complete the process. I contacted my card-issuing bank multiple times, and they confirmed that there are no issues with my credit or debit cards, including 3D Secure verification.
My travel date is May 1st, so I would really appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
