Wrong name on Half Fare Card

Hello. I purchased Half Fare Cards for my wife and I yesterday however I noticed when I received the tickets by email, my wife’s name was replaced by my name so both tickets are in my name - one with my date of birth, one with her date of birth. How do I get this corrected? Thank you.

It is not possible to amend names or validity dates of travel passes and reduction cards. You have to cancel it for a fee (CHF 10 / cancellation) and repurchase.

Mske the cancellation request it through this web form; it may take a few days to be processed:

RolandP Thank you for your reply. As I try to fill out the refund form, I see that it says if I ordered online, I can get a free refund by selecting the fare I would like a refund for in my “Orders”. When I go to my “Orders” in my profile, there is nothig there. Do you know how I can add my order? Thanks again.

Did you purchase it as a registered user or as a guest?

Tourist offers cannot be cancelled online; they need the manual interaction of a staff.
