The date of birth is not only required to determine the ticket type, it is s security element to avoid that multiple people can travel with the same ticket.
Please call SBB to check if they can do anything: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible).
If not, you would have to repurchase a new ticket as Supersaver tickets are not subject to a refund.
