Wrong birth date on ticket

I have purchased a train ticket ID ••••••••••••• for my boss with a wrong birth date. Could you please change it if I gave you a correct birth date? It is entirely wrong date. Travel date is April 10th. Thank you.

What kind of ticket is it? Please let us know the ticket title, do not post a screenshot of it.

To protect the passenger data, you should never disclose ticket details on a publicly accessible website as ours. This is why the ticket number has been masked.

Thanks for your help! It is 2 Business class Supersaver train tickets Departs 10.04 08:35 Geneve - 11:45am Zurich Oerlikon. One birthdate is totally different to his passport, and other one is flipped Month and Date. What should I do?

If you mixed up the date/month, this is okay. If the date of birth is entirely different, you have to purchase a new ticket. Supersaver tickets are non-refundable.
