No place to sit in 1st Class

I am taking 6:28 train from Basel to Visp 3 times per week and I need to work in the train, so I bought 1st class GA. There used to be double train going at this time and at one Point it was redused to only one. So it is overloaded and no place to stop for many people even at 1st class, which is completely unacceptable. Is there a compensation for that?

No compensation is available in this case with a GA. I think that the availability of the Astoro trains is bad, I saw recently two trains that have been cancelled. They are probably in the workshop…

I’m sorry to hear that. Please proceed as discribed from @Danhiel.

I had a look to the formation of the train. Can you please try to have a look to the formaton and then see if there is a car, that is less occupied in the forecast?

As I see this, the first two cars are more occupied as they are nearer to the steps of the track. I’m a right in supposing that?

Maybe there is a chance that it will be a bit better.

It is a good suggestion, but not for the Astoro. In the car number 3 you have only eight first class seats and two of them could be reserved for persons with reduced mobility and the accompagnants. The occupation includes the restaurant car with 18 seats.
