Everyone here has got a question here.
You have to call SBB to stop the cancellation request. If you travel with a ticket for which a refund has been requested, you can get into great troubles on board the public transit service when you still use it.
SBB phone: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible). SBB is not available by e-mail.
Kindly keep in mind: Swiss people love to hear a hello before one is asking a question. By doing so, the locals are much more willing to help and it is simply considered a polite behaviour in our country.
