while I wanted Swiss pass from May 16th.
Then you have simply missed to change the validity start date.
Please contact SBB by phone (+41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waiting times are possible) as quick as possible.
And, kindly note: the Swiss Pass and the Swiss Travel Pass are not the same. Do not say ’Swiss Pass while you mean Swiss Travel Pass.
Ps. Swiss people love to hear a hello before one is asking a question. By doing so, the locals are much more willing to help and it is simply considered a polite behaviour in our country.
