Swiss Travel Pass question

I purchased Swiss Travel pass for 8 days for 2 adults and 2 children starting 12th April.

I realized that it showed the expiry date of 20th April.

I will be in Switzerland from 12th April afternoon to 18 April afternoon.

Instead of 8 days is there any other option that I can think of to save money since I won’t use the pass for 2 days.

Yes. You can buy a six day Swiss Travel Pass.
However, the 8 day STS is only valid till 20.4 5:00, so you really only have one superflous day, and with a 6 day pass you would be short one day, as you are spending 7 days in Switzerland.
