Good Afternoon,
I purchase this ticket with my Phone App from Zurigh Airport to Stuttgart Hbf.
Now I want to cancel and get a refund.
Via the App I get the following message:
"Refund no possible via this app,
You can request refund for your ticket online at sbb.ch. You mist log in sbb.ch to request a refund Error code NTW 400″
On the SBB site, once I am loged in, I am not able to cancel and/or get a refund to this ticket.
The site is very very confusing on canceling and refund of tickets.
How do I do?
