Apologies if this is a repeat question but I am unable to find clear information about Swiss Family Card and if I still need to buy tickets for children aged between 6 and 15. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 8 and 11 so qualifying for free fare under Swiss Family Card) visiting Switzerland for a month and I have already purchased the Half fare card for the 2 adults and family card for the children. However, when i am trying to purchase individual tickets for my journeys, I don’t see the fare for my children (who I have added as my co-passengers in the SBB profile) coming as 0. It comes the same as adults - half priced.
How do I make a family booking - a) do I just book the adults and not book tickets for the children or b) select a TravelCard from the drop down (selecting Half fare travelcard option does not make the fare = 0).
Please advise
