Sorry, I don’t understand. You asked us to delete your post without giving any reason. I assumed that you were no more interested to receive an answer in this community.

If you have an account, it should be possible to cancel the ticket within 30 minutes. You had perhaps a technical problem. Without an account it is not possible.

I asked you to delete a different post, not the one on this post. I was referring to a previous post – I pressed the “delete” button, but I can still see it hidden on my profile.

I tried to cancel the ticket within 30 minutes and there was a technical error. I have also tried to submit both the form at https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/reklamation.html and at https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html but I keep getting errors that look like this when I try to submit the forms (see below). I can’t find a contact email for SBB at the phone number isn’t working when I try to call from the united states.
