Please I need to know how to add my children on the SBB mobile app. I can’t find it how do I add a family Swiss card. On my mobile app I have my husband and me and my two teens but I need to add my other 3 children

With the Swiss Family Card, in Switzerland, the kids travel for free when accompanied by you; so you do not need to buy tickets for them. Consequently, you do not have to add them.

But I don’t have the family Swiss card I only bought the half fare card for 4 adults. I need to get family Swiss other so my minors Get covered I did not add the originally.

Another possibility is to obtain a refund of the HFC of one parent and to buy a new one with the children. If you bought the HFC with a SBB account, it should be possible to initiate yourself an automatic refund before the first day of validity without handling fee. Other resellers may also offer this possibility.

Refunds via SBB Contact Center are also possible with a handling fee of 10 CHF.

If you did not add your children when you purchased the Half Fare Card then you indeed do not have the Family Card. You should go to the ticket office when you arrive in Switzerland to correct that.

And then you can just buy tickets only for those 16 year and older…
