Requests for refunds of tickets purchased online on Klook Travel must be made to this sales service. SBB is not able to provide refunds.
As mentioned by @Danhiel, you can go to a SBB ticket office and ask for confirmation that your journey is not being used due to severe weather, but we cannot refund or extend the pass. For all requests, please contact Klook Travel directly.
