I recently purchased a TGV Lyria ticket from Paris to Geneva via the SBB website. However, I accidentally selected the wrong departure time. I noticed the mistake immediately and cancelled the ticket within 4 minutes of booking by using the refund option on the SBB website.
I kindly request your assistance in processing a full refund or change timings, as the cancellation was made almost instantly after booking. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
