I am trying to purchase a tourist one month half fare card. I have account already and purchased a few tickets for future use. But when I go to checkout it says an error has occurred? It shows me as the passenger and I able to enter a start date? Good day and welcome to the SBB Community.

Please try entering all data in full capital letters. And, select the country of residence, then change it to another country, and then change it back to the correct one.

Also, your device should have the time setting set to automatic, not manual.
