We are not the SBB customer service.
You purchased the tickets twice, a single and a return ticket. This cannot be a system error yet a human error.

Very Important: these are not tickets valid for travel!
These are class upgrade tickets, to change from 2nd to 1st class. You must have
- the GA Travel Card 2nd class or
- the Swiss Travel Pass
on top of these tickets.
Are you aware of it?
And there is no 1st class on trains to Rigi Kulm.
Remember:
- you should never publish tickets or ticket details on a publicly accessible website. They can be misused!
