Refund for Swiss portion of tickets

Dear Paulina,

I want you to try to get a refund for tickets from Geneva to Vallorcine and from Vallorcine to Geneva for all 3 of us as these journeys are covered by swiss pass.
Appreciate your response. I want to retain tickets from Vallorcine to Chaponix and from Chaponix to Vallorcine. If that is not possible then you can cancel all 3
tickets. And provide me with a refund to my credit card. And then let me know how to book tickets from Vallorcine to Chaponix and back.

If at all, see the ticket conditions, the cancellation of international tickets purchased from SBB is only possible by phone (+41 51 225 78 56) or personally at the station.

And, you are probably using the Swiss Travel Pass; the station is Chamonix, France.

Hi Roland,
Ms. Paulina had stated that she will try to get refund for the swiss portion of tickets. That is form Geneva to Vallorcine and from Vallorcine to Geneva for 3 of us as we have SWISS TRAVEL PASS and we should not have been charged for this travel. Refund requested is 120CHF +120CHF = 240 CHF. As we will be retaining tickets from Vallorcine to Chaponix and from Chaponix to Vallorcine.

Hi Paulina,

Thank you so much for going extra mile to get the refund of swiss portion of my travel ticket from Geneva to Chamonix Mont Blanc because I had swiss travel pass. You may have received my email already. But I thought I will post my response here so that others in the same situation get feedback. I got the credit last week. I will advise anyone in the similar situation, to write to SBB Customer Service.
