I travelled on the Nightjet From St Polten to Zurich leaving St Polten at 22. 18 ( short delay) I found my Wagon 306 and platz 51. The door was locked . I had to wait for a member of SBBto open the door. He said the door was locked as a passenger had left with the key card to get in( I was not aware ther was a card) ) We were effectively locjked in . During the night if we needed to use the WC we needed to prop the door open so it would not close itself. There were 3 women in the carriage.
I did not like the fact it automatically locked . I am claustrophbic .Neither was I happy with proping the door open.I wondered if I could be compensated in part for the inconvenience.
