I payed 2 tickets from Interlaken to Lyon via Trainline right before.
First of all, I would like to change my ticket date (28th April -> 29th April)
By my mistake, I deleted my trainline account and can’t find my ticket and any information about em now.
So that’s why I didn’t get what my order and reservation number.
If I give you some information of id or something to prove me, would you change my tickets?
