No invoice available, is my GA card canceledl?

I have been using GA card for almost 3 years. Today I opened sbb app since I wanted to pay my bill but it said
No invoice available. Since you do not currently have a Half-Fare or GA travelcard or are not the contractual partner (invoice recipient) for the pass, we are not displaying any invoices here.
What does this mean? I have never had this problem. Is my card cancelled? I have not received any email or sms. And the system says my card is valid until 10.05. Have anyone have this kind of problem before? What can I do? Thanks.

Can you please also check into your account on swisspass.ch (and not only in the SBB app)? The invoice should be visible under Invoices.
