We cannot say why the app was still loading, as this can have multiple root causes. It is also possible that it was not the app having an issue but the phone’s GPS signal.
In this case, closing the app, or restarting the device can help. Please contact Easy Ride using the report function in the trip list should the amount charged not be correct.
