I purchased two tickets for my wife and I from Wengen to Zurich departing June 4th, 2025. For whatever reason, my ticket was issued full fare and my wife’s was issued 1/2 fare with the 1/2 Fare Swiss Travel card. I bought 1/2 fare cards for us both so I don’t know why I was charged full fare. How can I get credit credit for the additional 1/2 fare I was charged? Thanks so much! David

Yet, you have the option to cancel the ticket, refund it, and repurchase. - If you have purchased the tickets as a registered user (if you created an account before purchasing a ticket), you can cancel it free of charge and repurchase it. Simply go to sbb.ch > Orders and click on the ticket to refund it. If you have downloaded the SBB Mobile app, open the ticket, click on the three dots, to refund of it. - If you have purchased the tickets as a guest user, and it is a point-to-point ticket, you can cancel it free of charge and repurchase it. There is no credit. Yet, you have the option to cancel the ticket, refund it, and repurchase.
