I tried to cancel my SBB account, since I am not in Switzerland anymore. But I am not able to do it without the Swiss number. I cancelled my Travelcard, or I tried, but I received an invoice anyway! There is no way how to contact someone. I am not in a Switzerland more than 8 months and I am not able to contact anybody or use my old phone number because it is not valid. Could someone help me? I won’t pay for another year of Travelcard which I am not even able to use!! My old one is still valid I don’t need refund, I just need to cancel renewal for another year, which I didn’t order.
