Hello Xuewhoavurr38
SBB cannot influence the cancellation of reservations made on your bank account. This is blocked by the payment provider.
As a general saying, there is no need to purchase tickets in advance unless you want benefitting from a saver option. All standard fare tickets can be purchased at the day of travel, there is no need to purchase them in advance. Neither tickets nor trains do sell out and the price is the same, no matter if you purchase 60 days out, 1 day before, or on the day of travel.
If you insist, and still want to purchase the tickets online:
- Check whether your credit card supports 3D secure ID, a manadatory security standard for many European webshops
- Check whether the time on the device, from which you want purchashing tickets, is set to automatic.
- Write your all your personal information such as SURNAME and FIRST NAME in full CAPITAL LETTERS.
- If you have to choose the country of residence from a list of countries, select it, then before sending the order, change it to something different, and change it back to the desired country.
- If a VPN solution is used, switch it off.
and try again.
If is still does not work, you can purchase tickets from Trainline, for example.
Kind regrads,
Roland
