I purchased two tickets at the same time, but I requested a refund for one of them because the birthdate for one person was incorrect.
As shown in the screenshot below, the refund appears to have been processed. However, the money has not been deposited into my bank account.
The payment was made on April 17, and I requested the refund within 30 minutes of the purchase.
