Card charged twice for ticket booking

I booked 2 point to point tickets on the SBB app. The card has been charged twice and payment taken out twice for the ticket booked. The ticket is booked only once but I have been charged twice

Hi, it was a point to point tickets from Montreux to Geneva. For 2 adults.

Montreux to Geneva Airport full price is 37,- so if you bought that for two adults you would indeed be charged 2×37.
Have a look at your tickets they should have the price printed on it. You should have 2 tickets, and on each ticket there should be a price. That is the price for the ticket, not for the booking.

I bought them using half fare card. I am not stupid. I know the price of the tickets. I paid 18.50 for each. That’s a total of 37.
