Hi there, We will be travelling from Australia to Switzerland in July and we are family of four. We would like to take Glacier Express and travel to Interlaken from Zurich. I have few questions regarding Saver Day Pass. 1. I could purchase 3 adult passed but unable to purchase a pass for my son who is 14 years old. Are we automatically getting a family pass and my son can travel free? 2. I couldn’t add our passes in the SBB app because I didn’t receive any customer number in the email. I have only received Ticket ID, Reference Number and Order Number when purchased Saver Day Pass. 3. We have reserved our seats for Glacier express but unable to find Saver Day Pass option in the drop down menu to select as a discount. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards

When reserving your seats on the Glacier Express just select “reservation only” from the discount box. That indicates you already have a ticket.
The saver Day Passes should be visible under your SBB account, provided you had logged in under that account prior to purchasing. And they should then be visible in the app too. But no worries. If you have the passes with the QR codes you can just print them out.
Children under 16 travel at half price, so just buy a half price day pass for him. However if you are planning more travel in Switzerland you could have bought the Half Fare Card, which would have come with the Family card, giving free travel to your son.

So you have the Half Fare Card then? That was not clear from your original post, where you only mentioned buying Saver Day Passes.

If you added your son to the purchase when buying the Half Fare Card you should have received the Family Card, and in that case you do not need to get a pass (or ticket) for your son. If you forgot to add him, you will still need to get the Family Card. Do that at the station as soon as you are in Switzerland.
