I have booked 4 seats on the EuroCity (EC) train from Zürich HB to Milano Centrale on 21 July 2025, departing at 13:33.
The current seat assignments are as follows:
Coach 2: Seats 11 (window), 12 (window), 13 (aisle), and 18 (aisle).
However, after reviewing the assigned seats, we are unsure if these seats are close enough for a family of four to sit comfortably together.
We would like to request two pairs of adjacent seats in the same row or in front and behind each other, ideally facing the same direction (not face-to-face). For example, something like seat pairs 11/12 and 13/14, or 21/22 and 23/24, would be ideal.
Could you kindly confirm the current layout of these seats and help us adjust the assignments to be more suitable for a family sitting together in two rows?
