When I bought the tickets months ago, I had received a link from the SBB to download/print the ticket. I did that and I have the QR codes since then.
However, a few days ago, I received an email saying that (itâs in French) :
La correspondance que vous avez sĂ©lectionnĂ©e requiert, pour au moins un tronçon, le tĂ©lĂ©chargement dâun billet supplĂ©mentaire sur le site Internet des ĂBB. Une fois le billet tĂ©lĂ©chargĂ©, aucun Ă©change ni remboursement nâest possible. Les titres de transport ne sont disponibles quâune fois le billet tĂ©lĂ©chargĂ©.
This second mail that I received a few days ago had no download link.
