How do I get a refund on a ticket order

I have a ticket order and I live in the USA and my service does not allow me to make a phone call to Switzerland SBB office is there a way I can cancel my order online?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket order online. If you purchased the ticket with a login, you can access the ticket in your profile on SBB.ch under ‘Orders’ and click on ‘Refund’ before the start of validity.

Please note that some tickets, such as supersaver tickets and Saver Day Passes, generally cannot be refunded. If you need further assistance, you may use the refund claim form for other refund requests.
