Change last name

When I purchased 5 Swiss half fare cards, I put one with a wrong last name, I try to change this error but i have no success also send an email and i have no answer, since we have to show ID I need to change this any help from someone that may had same issue before

Why not make use of the search function?

Cancel the Swiss Half Fare Card in question (admin fee: 10 CHF), and repurchase.
