Chose a wrong travel date for Swiss Pass. How to initiate a refund?

I booked an 8-day Swiss pass just now. Instead of choosing the date of travel as May 14th, I chose the starting the current date (May 7th) by mistake. How can I change the dates? If date change is not possible, how to initiate a refund? What might be the refund fee? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Your question is about the Swiss Travel Pass, not SwissPass.

Immediately call SBB: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible). You have to cancel it by phone and repurchase with the correct validity start date.
